Newport Guitar Festival - Miami Beach, FL The Newport guitar festival in Miami Beach, this year, was an exhilirating and exciting show. Luthiers from all over the world were showing their guitars. And while the guitars were great, it was the more-than 500 performances from some absolutely incredible musicians that were the highlight of the show. Ken's guitars were enthusiastically received and were featured in great performances by players, including Kinloch Nelson, Paul Asbell, Jeff Doctorow and Enrique Gardano & Richie Zellon. |

Ken and New Archtop in Rochester, NY - May 13th, 2008 Ken has just finished a new archtop and will have it, along with Olive Branch and Mrs. Natural, for people to see in person on May 13th, 6pm, at Bernunzio's Uptown Music in Rochester, NY. Players Kinloch Nelson and Steve Greene will be performing in a casual, relaxed atmosphere and players are encouraged to get hands-on and experience these unique guitars for themselves. Everyone is invited. Kinloch and Steve will be recording with the guitars on Monday the 12th, and these recordings will be available on this site just as soon as we mix them! |

Montreal Guitar Festival Ken will be showing his guitars at the Montreal Guitar Show, June 27th to 29th, in Montreal, Canada. This event has become one of the east coast's most anticipated guitar events. It also coincides with the Montreal Jazz Festival, which is a world class festival. Come for the guitar event and hang out for the entire festival. Sponsoring the show, is the French-language site www.laguitare.com, who will be posting photos of guitars made by the luthiers showing at the festival. |

Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Ken will talk about the design concepts behind the stylish and innovative Parker Fly electric guitar, which he began developing in 1991. A Parker Fly Artist model guitar (donated by Parker to the MFA in 1999) will be discussed and demonstrated. |
